Carefully crafted to suit the airbox interior of the 2025/26 Honda CRF 250R, the FWF540 has a flat panel design to sit securely within the air filter frame and, when installed creates an air-tight seal against the intake face.
- Foam Profile:
Designed and manufactured in Australia, utilising the latest technologies in open cell polyurethane and 3D profiling, the foam pyramids more than double the outer surface area of the filter without the need to increase its overall size. Compared to conventional foam air filters this pyramid profile provides around 125% more outside surface area and is designed to:
- Provide a 100% larger surface area
- Trap dust evenly over the increased outside surface area while allowing optimum airflow
- Maintain optimal airflow by spreading dust build over an increased surface area
- Effectively reduces the frequency of filter changes and cleanings
- Foam Seal:
The robust structure of the foam enables a tight fit and guarantees no dirt or debris enters the airbox. This also minimises shrinking, stretching, and tearing allowing for optimal fit over the filter’s lifetime.
